First of all , You need to identify what you need . After identifying them , you need to set your learning goals means what you wanna reach with it .
Second, after the first step you need to do some researches means identifying some resources . The resources can be humans as well as material ,this step will help you to achieve what you set as goals .
Also, you need to set a strategy of learning .
Finally, you need to compare yourself before and after you start the learning strategy .
